Wanted: PSP System w/memory stick

I am looking for a Sony PSP system with the following:

1.50, 1.51, 1.52, or 2.0 firmware (NOT 2.0+)
Mint, like-new condition (no scuffs, scratches, dead and/or stuck pixels)
Original box, accessories, and packaging materials
A memory stick (128, 256, 512, or 1028 is fine - whatever you have. Just want it for homebrew)

I'm willing to pay $200 shipped (via PayPal). I'm a long-time eBay member (since 1999) with over 300 feedbacks (all good). If you want verification, my screen name is jc_wtbfan.

Anybody have a PSP that fits this description they wouldn't mind parting with?

I've got a version 2.00 but I'm looking for a little more than $200 - comes with a 512 stick, Best Buy replacement warranty, some UMDs, a Logitech Case, dock and hand grip.

If you don't make a deal with joevan, I've got:

PSP 1.5 with no dead/stuck pixels
1 GB memory stick (Memory stick is filled up)
Everything that came with it (Launch PSP)
1 year warranty @ TRU, ends either March or May '06 (Not sure if it went into affect after Sony's)
Logitech Case
