I was reading the gamespot review, and i believe it said you could use the xbox live headset as a mic? have you thought of just doing that since i'm sure you already have it.

Any supported USB headset mic will apparently work in a pinch on the PS3, and the standard Xbox 360 headset works on there as well, but regardless, that's still a concerning issue. whoa, i ended up going with the Logitech one for the 360 (my gf wants to sing, and she would be happier with a standard mic, rather than the headset).
