I saw the $30 frontpage and decided to check target. Target didn’t carry the physical version before, so was surprised to see it now. At Target it isn’t sold in stores, so no pickup discount. I have a redcard so I got free shipping and saved 5%. Amazon seems to have matched too, so get it wherever shipping and tax is best for you.
