Other used 360 games like Crackdown, Def Jam, Eragon, and Oblivion dropped $5. I dunno if there is a used sale going on but getting Wartech for $20 less than retail is probably a great deal.

Edit: EB/GS dropped a bunch of games in price, including Wartech to $30 new.

Crackdown $39.99 new

Def Jam Icon $39.99 (ps3 version as well)

Bulletwitch and Godfather on 360 are possibly $30 new (they are under $30 used).

Excellent price for the game. I just pulled the trigger on it using some GameCrazy trades and I don't regret it at all.

i want this badly, but I'm gonna be a vulture and wait for it to hit $20.

Good old Ubisoft, this price drop was waiting to happen. Just wish Enchanted Arms 360 would follow as well. 30 would be fine for me.

I'll be waiting for Wartech to hit 15-20, then it's mine. Bullet Witch....I'll wait out for 10, can't see myself paying more.

Wartech's price will drop like a rock, I'm sure of it. Rented it from GameFly and it's about as niche of a title as you can get. I'm amazed they even brought it to the West -- god bless 'em, but I hope they weren't expecting a sales bonanza from it.

I'm waiting on Bullet Witch, too -- it looks mindlessly fun. :)

weird...they took down the entry for a used copy. Is this going to be one of those "new copy is more expensive than a used copy" deals?

That's sounds about right ;)

Wartech looked great to me, still haven't played it yet.

I'm sure this might drop cheaper, though taking the chance on a gutted copy @ EB/GS versus a new one from the website, that's an easy decision.

It might disappear shortly, if they're playing games with the used page. I checked the in-store locator and it looks like my normal EB of choice has it in-stock. If $29.99 new, it should be $24.99 used, $22.50 after EDGE. Can't imagine it would have a lot of wear & tear on it.

Thats right! I bought a MINT used copy for 22.59...SWEEET ASS DEAL

Cool game worth playing if you like shooters. The used one actually is on the site still and is indeed $25. you have to search for war tech, though. the new one is under wartech. who knows why they would do that. well worth it for $22 with edge card.

I wish this game was findable here...It's nowhere to be found (or listed on sites) in Canada.
This gives me hope to check out EB games though...

I have no idea why they released this at $60 to begin with. I played the game in the arcade in Japan and really dug it. But not $60 much. Jumped on the $29.99 Amazon price though. The game got an 8/10 review in GAMES(tm) which is a pretty harsh magazine usually.

The only problem is I bet it will be hard to find people to play against since it's ultra niche.

Got this for $14 after trade ins. Great game so far. I've never played anything like it-- they really do an awesome job of blending shmup action with the balance of a fighting game.

yeah, no one is online. I started a new match, left it open for 5 minutes and no one joined. I only found one another player....who was from Italy.

So if anyone gets or has this and is up for some matches, drop a friend request. This seems like a great online game, the gameplay is pretty addictive.

$22.50 before tax used, that's about $24 after tax. Well, I'm sold.
Fortunately a couple of my local GameStops and EBs have it in stock. Unfortunately I can't get there until after work. Grrrr...

Great game. I played about 20 matches online yesterday (yes best to have friends who also dig this game) and for the most part, it is very smooth online. So there are Japanese developers who can do net code :)

If you can't find a copy fo this at GS/EB, I was at Best Buy today and they have also taken the price to 29.99

Has anyone seen this game at that price at best buy? I have a few reward $5 certificates that I would not mind using.

I'm definitely going to pick it up since I love SHMUPs like nobody's business (even though I'm only marginally decent at them) and I really like fighting games (although I can't count frames, my lead-ins and combos are predictable, and I haven't "mastered" any characters since 1996). ;D

Still though, if the online is mostly dead but CAGs have it I'm sure a night of rounds could be organized easily enough.

Yep, picked it up last night at BB $29.99, well $19.99 for me with a RZ voucher.
