$30 and I'd probably get it, but since I already beat the game, $45 is a bit high. I still think Watch Dogs was a decent game though, and if you think the CE looks cool and haven't played the game, I'd recommend it.

Good price, I always wanted the CE just for the steelbook but already own the game. I'm still tempted tho, but I'll hold out a bit longer.
