Watching cable TV online

Ok I want to watch some college football but the basic cable I have has none at the moment. I used to have a program on my old laptop that streamed cable channels. Anyone remember the nameof the program along with a website with channel info?

Good site, but not what I'm looking for. It was an actual program that you downloaded and then you put in an address for a channel (usually a bunch of numbers) and it would pull up in its own window. Really sharp, just can't remember the name right now...
