Weird site before I open this one?

Whenever I go to this site there is a blue page that pops up and says "There is no website configured at this address." and its title is "cPanel". It just doesn't make sense is this happening to anyone else. Then about 5 seconds later this site pops up with most of the pictures X'ed out.

if its bookmarked add a 's' to the end of cheapassgamer, that worked for me
