I think he/she was mistaken with Duke Nukem 3D which was Game.com. It is a very reasonable mistake since both games are both very similar on other consoles.

Obviously, the user does not have Game.com right now at so he/she could not be certain what the game was. The accusation of "lying" is unjustified here.
