yes, anything on your list stays on your lists and you will be able access again once you are PS+ again. Though, you might make sure you have auto renew turned off in both places, you have to turn off auto renew of PS+ in services and you have to turn off auto-funding too in order to prevent automatic renewal of PS+.

There are only 8 characters available initially, though you can unlock others by playing but no one knows exactly how they are unlocked as of right now
It limits you as to how much you can play, even against the computer by using tokens which replenish every so many hours.
There is no training and no local multiplayer.
You must be logged in to the PSN to play.
You earn experience to upgrade each characters strength, edurance, and vigor.
The Last of Us is out now on PSN for those that want it digitally, though there is an interesting little warning about how the download works:
IMPORTANT: The file that you are purchasing from PlayStation®Store is only the installer for The Last Of Us™. Once the installer is booted, the game itself will be downloaded onto your PlayStation®3 system. The 136 MB file size refers to size of the installer only. Your PS3 system must have at least 27GB of free space to install this game. If your PS3 system does not have sufficient free space, do not purchase this game. Purchases will not be refunded due to installation issues caused by space limitations. To check your PS3 system’s free space, please go to Settings > System Settings > System Information.
Thats how it worked on the God of War Ascension disc, a small initial download, then you start that and it goes into the bigger demo download. Odd that they did it that way.
Pure speculation, but doesn't Sony charge for publishers for PSN bandwidth (I remember reading something about that when some demo was taken down after it was downloaded so many times or something), so by having an installer, they can use their own servers.

It's not. The PlayGo system on PS4 lets you download the necessary files to start playing the game and then downloads the rest as you play. This is just an installer that simplifies the download/install process.

I have to highly recommend The Unfinished Swan. It's a great adventure game, sort of, that tells a really cool children's book-style story. The mechanics change constantly throughout the story so that it's not just the same thing over and over again.

Please forgive me if this question has been answered here before, could not find it, and bear in mind I just subscribed to PS+ so here it goes... Will Sleeping Dogs come back to Plus by this time next year? Also, I am curious to hear from long time Plus members as to whether or not these games return at all or how frequently they come back in rotation? Finally, I know there was a vita version of Rayman Origins on plus recently but what about the PS3 equivalent? I passed up on a good price for Origins thinking it might be available on plus in the future.

Magic 2014 Duels of the Planeswalkers – (PSN) Sealed Play and a new take on the popular Slivers creature type will both make their debut in the Duels of the Planeswalkers franchise with Magic 2014. The addition of Sealed Play will allow players to open booster packs and build decks to play against the AI and other players. Each sealed pool is comprised of 84 cards, mimicking paper TCG booster packs. The PvE experience includes a six-deck ladder where players take on mono-colored Sealed decks each corresponding with a particular Planeswalker, and finally facing a ‘boss’ Sealed deck.
