What's in the PS Store (5/31/16): Neon Chrome, Oxenfree, Primal, There Came an Echo, Plague Inc, & More!

My alternating use of the JP and US PSN stores has made me realize that I wish I still had two PSPs. One could be my "Japanese" one while the other could run content from the US store.

Is there a limit to the number of times you can reauthorize a PSP to run content from a certain region?

No limit I believe.

Trine update:

“We’re [Trine] still in the process approval with Sony,” said a Niblis representative to the publication. “The game should be available beginning of September.”

In time for the Slim I guess.
If anyone bought Gunstar Heroes on PSN.
It's FINALLY been patched.

Online now works.
fuck Backbone.
Last I heard they was never going to patch it. I actually bought it. So I might have to try the online now. :bouncy:
Cool, the Street Fighter table for Zen Pinball is also out today.

Gonna get that for sure.
Looks to be the same Street Fighter table that was added to Pinball FX a while back, oh well.
Why is my PSN still not updated?
Are you referring to the 3.00 update? That isn't coming until September.
Looks to be the same Street Fighter table that was added to Pinball FX a while back, oh well.
I think it very much is. I bought that table back on the 360 and was severely disappointed with it. It's not laid out very well.
It's actually the remixed hip-hop tracks inspired by MvC2.
Like what they did for SSFIITHD
I thought the songs for SSFIITHD.... How do I say this nicely... blew...

On a good note Smash Cars looks interesting.

I liked Bloody Roar a lot at the time.
Never bought it but I remember renting it over and over at BB as a kid.
I thought the songs for SSFIITHD.... How do I say this nicely... blew...

Oh my God

I like Oh No actually.
It's all free so I'll give it a try.

lokizz, no, this music isn't in the game.
But there are custom soundtracks.

the tracks are pretty decent... it is free afterall :)

Don't forget that Dirt 2 and Wet demos are available on the UK PS Store.

Just tried out the Wet demo and it wasn't all that good. If you're not sure what Wet is, think if Stranglehold had a grindhouse style to it like House of the Dead: Overkill but doesn't look like it'll be as good as the sum of those parts could be.

Am l just a spoiled cheapass ? or does sony's movie rental's seem a bit high especially HD. l can get rentals for $1 a day at redbox & another local store near here has .99 /5 nite for older movies & $1.49/$1.99 New release 2-day
seem sony would want to have like a low per view fee to get tons of users

mvc2 is definelty worth 15 for the online alone. yep im a hypocrite and got it but i needed at least one online fighter. im nowhere near the level i used to be at but im not doing so bad against other people. just cant remember how to do the 3 supers in one move.

I just noticed the UK store has the PSX Disney's Hercules game...we need that. Also, LucasArts needs to put out Herc's Adventure (or remake it with online co-op :D)

They added 2 pieces of content today:

Batman: Arkham Asylum
- Play as the Joke Challenge Map (Free) - 107mb

Dynasty Warriors: Strike Force
- Pack 4 (Free) - 1.13mb

You blow.

Controls take a bit of getting used to, but it seems fun. Prepare to be blinded by the near-death screen effects and the re-do/death scene. I found myself wishing there were a dedicated dive button ala Max Payne.

That's probably the best way to describe it actually. Max Payne, but with more jumping and sliding involved. The way she moves reminds me a lot of the last few Tomb Raider titles

It seemed more like a sloppy version of Stranglehold with less automation for the cool moves so that it's easier to look cool when killing dudes. Kind of a disappointment. The blood rage mode and QTE car chase scene were kind of cool though.

Yeah, the car chase was really good. Thankfully they made it so you take almost no damage so you can just enjoy the sequence and mainly worry about the QTE parts.

I got the same feeling of WET being like Stranglehold except I thought it seemed a little better.

I do know I want it, it's just I don't know if I want to drop the $50 on it.

As long as the stupid spawn arenas are few and far between, where you have to line up precisely to run up the boxes correctly so you hack away at a skull and crossbones thing to shut the spawn doors permanently, I'd be a bit more likely to rent it from Gamefly or get it cheap.

We should get demos for Dirt 2 and NHL 10 now that the XBL exclusivity is over. Lost Planet 2's demo will be out on September 17. There could be demos for Wet, Fear 2, and the FNR4 button demo today since they are not mentioned on the 360 dashboard as exclusive yet.
