Whats the Best deal on HEAT (Pacino & Deniro)??

That's an old , but great movie, it should be around 10$ everywhere, that is the dvd, don't know if there has been a blu-ray release., though.
Thanks I just found a copy of HEAT at Bestbuy.com for $6.99 :)
The original DVD release is here for $6.99:
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=3688343&st=heat&lp=5&type=product&cp=1&id=49050
The new special edition is here for $24.99:
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=6974438&st=heat&lp=8&type=product&cp=1&id=49050

Since this is CAG.com, I think I know which one you'll opt for. ;)
Both are widescreen, enhanced for 16.9, so you can pretty much expect the A/V quality to be the same. The newer one just has some special features.
I own the original release, and it looks and sounds great.

You are right, Gladiator made a great DVD, if it gets the blu-ray treatment, great!

Michael Mann's best movie. I think that's set for Blu-Ray real soon. But I might be confusing that with Ronin. I probably am. Get Ronin too! Best car chase ever.

EDIT: I doublechecked and all I could find was that Heat is on track for a 2008 release on Blu-Ray.

Yeah, last I heard from Digital Bits or something like that was Warner was remastering the print for an all new release later this year for an SE on DVD and Blu
