Anything by Gratis. As far as I know they are the only company that actually comes through with the free stuff.

www.cheapstingybastard.com has a nice Free Stuff section, though sometimes you need to pay for shipping. For instance, I found two wireless Playstation controllers for $10 (cost of shipping) through them.
