not sure... but it could be that the cheaper one is the older model headsets that had more issues. Could also be that they have two products pages for the same product... which is equally as likely.

The cheaper one is probably an older model that plugs into a wall. The more expensive one is probably a newer one. The new ones plug into 360s to charge and they are better because you can hear the person using it more then if they were using an older model.
