When a buyer doesnt respond, how long?

How much time did you state in your auction? When I put up my auction, I stated, "Buyer must contact me within 72 hours." I'd probably give it 3 days.
 
Im new to ebay and thats the only thnig i left out. The Person that bought it has 100% positive and everyone says he pays the second he wins....thats y im worried its been 3 days and no word yet.
