When is Circuit City liquidating?

This is a blessing to CAG, because we will all be getting insane deals at CC at their liquidation sales.

Liquidation is supposed to start tomorrow.

Liquidation never really ends with insane deals, in my opinion. By the time the percentages off start getting good, the good stuff is gone.

Starts tomorrow, then planned to run for 60 days.

Deals won't be great to start (25% off MSRP probably) then get better as it goes. But stuff gets picked over. I doubt I'll put much effort. Don't need any electronics or game stuff. May pop in in a few weeks and see if any decent blu rays or cds are left. Maybe a wireless mouse, or one of those powerpoint laser pointer devices.

To be fair, it's in a forum I suspect the most of us never visit. I never do, and just found it through a thread that was closed and moved there from the main deals forum earlier today.

I agree with the Consumerist's Circuit City Liquidation FAQ. By the time prices get good, everything worth a visit is already bought. If only everyone got the bulletin to wait, then perhaps I would go treasure hunting.
