Where are Gamecube Games?

I need the following Gamecube games:

Pikmin 2
Wind Waker

I could not find them at any Best Buys for the $1.99 deal. Now I am noticing that I can not really find them anywhere online (besides ebay). Are these getting rare?

I believe Pikmin 2 is a bit harder to find right now.

You shouldn't have any trouble finding Wind Waker, it's pretty much everywhere (new and used.)
