Where do I exchange currency in the US?

Simple question I suppose. But exactly where do I go to exchange let's say CAD or AUD? I know banks do it.. of legal age I think. Anything more in particular?

all i know is that banks do it. try the post office but i doubt they have canadian cash

Try the airport. They usually have currency exchange booths there.

The airport probably has a horrible exchange rate since they figure the only reason you would do it there is because you ed up and forgot to do it earlier.

Pretty much all banks and airports do as previously mentioned. Also I'm fairly certain some hotels can do it as well (at least I've exchanged Us dollars at hotels in Canada, never tried it the other way around though).
