If you're subscribed to the Best Buy Gamers Club and haven't used this months $10 off pre-owned coupon you can get it for about $23. Picked up a copy myself for $23.01 after tax. It's marked $44.99 but actually rings up at $34.99. $10 off knocks it down to $24.99 and the 10% off from the GCU comes off of the 34.99 not the 24.99 price. So -3.49.
