I am about to move into the Park Cities area of Dallas and I need some help picking ISP/Cable. I beileve my only choices are Charter or AT&T. If anyone could share any positive/negative experiences with they have had with either I would greatly appreciate it. All I care about is HD programming and reliable, fast internet. And maybe DVR.
