White theme available?

Is there a way to change the background from dark to white?  I remember when 3.0 was first initially released, the white color was available.  And then it disappeared one day.  I've tried looking everywhere in settings and what not, but the only thing I've found was changing between desktop and mobile.

Any help would be much appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

The white theme was causing problems, so it was removed. The full explanation is somewhere in the big 3.0 thread.
