Metal Slug Anthology has been out for awhile, as well as a Williams Pinball Collection. Namco Museum Remix sort of counts, I guess. There are some pretty good Gamecube ones as well, which will work on Wii. Off the top of my head, there's Sonic Mega Collection, Sonic Gems, Megaman Anniversary Collection, Megaman X Collection, Namco Museum, Intellivision Lives, Williams Arcade Collection 1,2 & 3.
