Speaking from personal experience, I would advise anyone not to buy anything from Groupon.

This is only my second order from Groupon, but my first was another, new video game that arrived in okay time in new condition.

Groupon is a legitimate seller. They are just extremely slow. My last (and only) order from them took around 2 weeks to arrive.

More like, they are a legitimately crappy seller. They have TONS of negative reviews on the web, both for their crappy coupons and actual goods. They often are slow to ship (or just cancel orders), and despite their "iron-clad guarantee", they usually refuse to refund any purchases. Just one example with many, many negative reviews:
