Now the thing is this is iffy because Microsoft only gives you cashback if you buy through them without any extra discounts like coupons so they might not give you cashback. So only buy if you are happy with $169.99. I've never done this with Dell, but I have done it (coupon + bing cashback) with supplements at drugstore.com and what I did if the cashback didn't show up on my account was contact bing customer service and tell them that you haven't been credited the cashback and provide them of a copy of your invoice.
Still this deal is better than the Amazon deal if you live in a state that doesn't have sales tax on electronics.
