Wii Pre-order Available at Gamestop.com

I noticed the Wii could be added to the cart and pre-ordered at Gamestop.com. I don't know if this is the right place to put this or not and I hope it isn't a repost. I was able to pre-order one w/ my edge card.

At this point it's pretty pitiful if anyone has to "pre-order" a product that's been out for over 2 years.

Seriously, these were all over the place in October/November. Why the hell people decide they must wait until the middle of December to buy a Wii or a Wii Fit is just something that blows my mind.

It's funny, I had a similar conversation with my cousin. She had been having trouble getting a Wii (her job really only allowed her time to shop online) so she was getting frustrated. Finally, in mid September, she said she'd just wait till Christmas. I told her that was crazy talk, and I just found her one in the store when they were frequently available.

I guess some people just dont know how to think ahead.

What do you mean with your edge card ? Did it give you a discount ?

How often do you visit cheapassgamer.com? There has been tons of wii's in stock at amazon.com.

I would ship anybody a Wii for no extra charge, except, actual costs.

At every shop near me, these things are stacked to the roof.

I was at TRU the other day for a bit, and nobody was buying one. Around me, the market is tapped out.
