Take this with a MAJOR grain of salt, but one of the more reputable leakers has said...
Nintendo is pulling a Bayonetta 2 with Beyond Good & Evil 2 and will be an NX title in 2017.

Better than where it's currently heading which is vaporware. Isn't it still an Ubi game though? Considering how they felt extremely burnt from their commitment to early Wii U exclusives I wouldn't think they would want to go down that road again. Bayonetta 2 wasn't exactly a run away commercial success but I guess if Nintendo wants if bad enough to pay for it themselves they would probably get on board.

 
Wii U Direct News:

- Star Fox Zero has branching paths like 64, but the way the paths are gotten is different. Fortuna is completely different. Co-op mode is available. Fox amiibo allows you to play as SNES Arwing.

- Star Fox Guard is a defense puzzle title where you play as Slippy. Defending your mines from enemies using 12 security cameras. Both games come out April 22nd packaged together.

- Splatoon has a balance and adjustment update. Another update gives special spotlight weapon combinations.

- Mario & Sonic Olympics adds rhythm gymnastics and rugby.

- Mario Maker includes Swindles, Key Doors, and Key Coins, allowing forced Boss Battles. Also, Super Expert Mode is being added with special costumes including Tetra.

- Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE (SMTxFE) is being released 6/24 (day before my birthday!). No English dub.

- Paper Mario: Color Splash uses paint to color the world. Looks to use a combination of Sticker Star and Paper Jam battle systems. Coming later 2016.

- Pokkén Tournament is still coming out. So is Twilight Princess HD.

- My Nintendo (Club Nintendo replacement) launches sometime this month.

- Mario & DK amiibo Challenge comes out early on March 25th with any amiibo and free digitally.

So if I LOVED AC3 on the 360, and played the hell out of it, is there any reason to get it for the Wii-U? Any nice additions the 360 version didn't have?

Great deal on those Nintendo games for those who don't already own them.  Only one I don't have right now is NES Remix 2, should probably pick that up as much as I enjoyed the first one.  But it's strange to me that Nintendo keeps games at full price for so long with very few sales, then cuts the price so sharply.

 
SO is anyone else holding out for MyNintendo to officially kick off in NA before buying anything else on the eshops? 

Especially now seeing what they are offering in JP, I would rather wait, start accumulating points for games and discounts.

I think we've all been waiting for this day for a long time.

Though some of them are of dubious worth. 50% off Metroid Other M? I pulled Other M off the bottom of a bargain bin years, cost me $3 and got 60 Club Nintendo coins for my trouble.

EDIT: Hyrule Warriors DLC was announced. The 3DS version gets maps based on Link's Awakening, Phantom Hourglass, Spirit Tracks, and Link Between Worlds along with a new Wind Waker map. All the Wii U version gets is new characters and weapons.

None of the characters have been announced.

Summer 2016 DLC:
- New character
- New weapon for Linkle

Autumn 2016 DLC:
- New character
- New weapon for Toon Link

Winter 2016 DLC:
- 2 new characters

If you didn't buy Legends and transfer over Linkle and Toon Link, then purchasing the DLC only nets you those characters with those specific weapons. So, no crossbow for Linkle or sword for Toon Link.
