Family Video "Win a Wii™" Sweepstakes Official Rules and Regulations
1) Description of Sweepstakes: The 2008 Family Video "Win a Wii™" Sweepstakes is sponsored by FamilyVideo.com, 2500 Lehigh Avenue, Glenview, IL, 60026. Sponsor will award one (1) Grand Prize to one (1) winner, selected in a random drawing of all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.
2) Promotional Period: The Family Video "Win a Wii™" Contest promotional period begins November 3rd, 2008 at 12:00:00 am Central Time ('CST') and ends December 17, 2008 at 11:59:59 pm Central Time ('CST'). All entries must be received during this time period to be considered for the drawing, which will be held on or about the 18th day of December, 2008.
3) How to Enter: Eligible entries are entered by registering their name, email and brief story of their favorite Christmas on the "Win a Wii™" registration page on the Family Video website. All sections of the entry must be filled out and completed correctly; incomplete, incorrect entries or entries that are received through impermissible or illegitimate channels are void. Only one (1) entry per person and/or e-mail address is permitted throughout the time period of the sweepstakes. Duplicated entries will be voided. Family Video reserves the right to keep email addresses obtained for use in future promotions. In the unlikely event Family Video encounters technical failures, equipment failures, server and/or provider difficulties, or human errors in conjunction with the Family Video "Win a Wii™" Sweepstakes, Family Video will not be held responsible.
4) Eligibility: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN. The contest is open to all legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. To be eligible to win, all entries must be received by Family Video in the format stated in Step 3 above and during the time period stated in Step 2 above. Employees of Family Video, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers or their immediate families are not eligible for the sweepstakes. The total number of eligible entries received by Family Video during the sweepstakes period will determine the odds of winning. By submitting an entry to the sweepstakes, entrant agrees to abide by the Official Rules and Regulations and the decisions of Family Video, which are both final and binding.
5) Prizes and Descriptions: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to an eligible winner. No substitution, assignment or transfer of the Grand Prize is permitted, except by Family Video, who reserves any and all rights to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6) Drawing and Awarding of All Sweepstakes Prizes: A random drawing will be made of all eligible and completed entries received during the time period stated in Step 2. The winner will be notified by e-mail. Failure to comply with Official Terms and Conditions, failure to complete and return required documents within five (5) days of attempted delivery will result in awarding the prize to an alternate eligible winner. Failure of alternate eligible winner to comply with these conditions will result in a forfeit of prize and no additional eligible alternate winner shall be chosen. All eligible winners are responsible for taxes where applicable. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Family Video, employees, managers, representatives, and all other affiliates with Family Video have no liability for, and shall hold all included parties harmless against damage, loss or injury that my arise, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance or use of prizes and/or participation in Sweepstakes. Offer is void where prohibited.
