I stopped by my TRU to return some playskool stuff (my neice), and there were quite a few Wii's (around 12), and a box load in the back. I guess TRUs in the Southwest/Pacific region got shipments.
Are you sure they were actual Wiis and not display boxes? Because that happened to me at my TRU. The one employee there in the video game section said they had to keep the display boxes out even if they didn't have any Wiis.
