Will the Singstar bundled Microphones work with Karaoke Revolution Series?

Will the Singstar USB Microphones (both microphones plug into a single USB adapter) work with the older Karaoke Revolution games?

I researched this myself awhile back, and I'm pretty sure the answer is no. Seeing as I don't have Singstar, though, I would also like confirmation on this.

Everything I've read says NO. Singstar mics use a hub of some sort, and that screws things up.
