I would like to know if all parts are compatible with one another & if it can run all games on med-high settings. I would also like to know how many 120mm Case Fans I should buy, if any. Thanks in advance.

You'll need 3 120mm fans. 2 front, 1 back.

On a separate note, remember the top fan has been giving people issues and replacement is like 25 bucks on the antec website.

I'm going to let someone else field the question of will all the parts work together. At first glance, everything seems to be in order, but I didn't go through every single link.

All your parts will work together, there are some good choices for the price. I know you're bent on saving money on getting some of the parts for cheap, but its really worth it to pay a bit more for a quality power supply from Antec or Corsair. A cheaply made power supply will more likely to spark/smoke and may kill components that are connected to it directly (mobo, video card, hard drive). If you're thinking of adding a 2nd video card later, then you may want to get a ~650W or so, if you'll never get a 2nd video card, then a 500W will do just fine.

~650W:

~500W:
