I wouldn't even mind if those were extra ways to enter or for extra entries but the only way? for shame...

Being a Cheap Ass Gamer you lose out on a lot of free things by not signing up for Twitter at the least. But your loss. I didn't win but next time.
 
How is it my loss? I'd rather not support the idiots who use 'em and they lose votes or whatever they're called. But I can view them and take any codes I see.

And like you pointed out, nobody wins these things. You're just selling your info to these clowns/sites.
