GRRR. It told me I am to young. I have a hotmail account and I am 19 but I made that account years ago and since I am a verizon member I cant upgrade my hotmail account.
 
That is one HELL of a grand prize for round three. Even first prize rocks for that one. Shit, all the prizes are great. Nice promo!

States it in the TOS.
DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for each Entry Period per the following schedule: Entry Period #1: on or about September 7, 2007. Entry Period #2: on or about October 9, 2007. Entry Period #3: on or about November 5, 2007. The drawings will be conducted by Wunderman, an independent judging organization, whose decisions will be final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for each Entry Period. Limit one (1) prize per person/household per Entry Period.
