Hi Everybody! I was wondering if you all knew a website that could teach me the ins and outs of Windows Vista? I just bought a laptop and it came with Vista Premium and I was a little confused while I was checking it out. I'm used to Windows XP hehe  TIA!

I had a laptop with Vista. I took it back because Microsoft at the time was having issues with SQL server not working on some machines running Vista. Others it would run but VB.Net would not work with it and some had no trouble at all. I was one that it would not work at all for.

As for your question I could say Google is your friend like some will do, but I looked up "Windows Vista tips" for you.

They look like they have alot. Check them out.

I'm currently dual booting XP and Vista, and I get confused as to what I'm looking for half the time, since they did shuffle things around a good deal. What I've found in Vista though is the Search bar (on the start menu) is a lot more helpful this time around. If you type in what you are looking for, it normally brings you right to that screen.

For instance, try typing "Change Wallpaper" and see what comes up.

I have one really good sites and two others I have on my reader.

http://www.winsupersite.com/

This is a very good site to find any info on anything Microsoft related. I also recommend you listen to Windows Weekly as well (twit).

And the other two don't nearly get updated as much but are still very good.
