Apparently you cant download straight to your computer, its PSP only for some reason right now.
 
Damn, they're still pumping these things out. These things take up alot of my 512 memory stick, but it's free, so i'm not complaining.
 
Why can't I access it after I've downloaded it?

edit: Because I'm retarded, that's why.... I was thinking in terms of packs, not circuits... It's a good track, I haven't tried the ship out because I always fall back on Harimau
