Ok so I just upgraded my PC but the mouse and keyboard that come with it are crap. So I'm looking for a Wireless Ergonomic Keyboard and Mouse. I've never been a big fan of them but I do have Rheumatoid Arthritis at a young age and my doctor would like me to use them to reduce the strain on my wrist. So any preferences?

Most of this information is from the Xilinx Office Ergonomics Guidebook 2007.

Whatever keyboard you buy, make sure that your wrists are straight when you type. You might want to invest in a little cushion to place under your wrists. Cushion recommendations are as follows:

3M Designer Series Gel Wrist Rest
Kensington Pillow Gel Palm Rest
Microsoft Natural Gel Wrist Rest
Fellowes Edge Pillow
Goldtouch Wrist Rest SEt
Goldtouch 10 key

As far as keyboard recommendations, I'd probably go with the Microsoft Natural Ergo Keyboard 4000.
