I'm willing to trade a method to get these two games & a free month of XBOX Live from the folks over Raptr even if you live outside of the US.
I've just done it, only took a few hours (as their verification is slow at the moment as it's the weekend) - and if you have a look at my gamertag 'Czech Falcon' - I've already got them!
And, before anyone says 'use a proxy' - Raptr verify your account by checking IP addresses and so forth on their website, forums and app, and reference it with proxy lists. Hence why there are still roughly 10k codes left after it being valid for a week.
I'm not looking for a lot... just maybe a code for some M$ points, however many you can afford
