Dragon Quest 4 New UK version english region free: 10 british pound sterling which equals to 18.70 CND and their cheapie international shipping is just over 1 bps.

Not exactly the cheapest option but I'm tempted to pick up a second copy at this price.

Dragon Quest 5 tho ... not so much (23 british pound sterling).

Cheers. They had sold out of DQV, but I picked up DQIV for $25 from Walmart yesterday.
