WTB SSF II HD card that came with new Elites

I am looking to buy the physical unused code card that came with the new Resident Evil Elites for the game and theme. I want to return mine but my wife redeemed the code because she didn't know I was going to take this back. Obviously I need the card mailed to me and not just the code.

I will offer $13 through PP for the card and shipping. If anyone can help a fellow CAG out it would be much appreciated.
