WTB/T slim PS2, Gamecube+gba sp and extras

I'm trying to get rid of my rarely used gamecube to get a new slim ps2. I have the gamecube(with the wires of course), 2 controllers, a standard memory card, resident evil 4, zelda the wind waker, metroid prime, and I believe an old nba2k(2k2 i believe) and old madden(2001 or 2) All games have the cases and manual, excluding the old madden.

Also, I have a black gba sp. I know I have super mario 3 and zelda the minish cap for that, but I have to find them, so they may or may not be in.
Everything is in great condition. Cube is rarely ever used, gba is pretty immaculate too. Let me know...
So.. willing to trade all this straight up for a slim ps2, or will take cash. Would rather the ps2 though
