WTB: XBox360 Game Cases

Because I have a dog that loves to chew on DVD and video game cases, I am in need of a few replacements. The games are okay, and the manuals - so I need the case/insert for the following games:

Final Fantasy XIII
Battlefield 3: Limited Edition
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3
Portal 2 (just added...damn dog...)
