They let you hookt he DC up to a PC moniter. Are these 3rd party?

Also, do these have a switch where I can switch from monitor and dc?

Yes there is a little switch on the back that you can switch it from the a/v ports to the VGA port.

Yes these are third party. and they are 25 each.
