I'm looking to trade for or buy (PayPal) either a sealed copy or an open one in good condition (complete and with an unused code). For those of you unfamiliar (not sure who would be at this point), the version of the GOTY edition that actually comes with the map pack code inside (it doesn't anymore), looks like the one below (note the circle above the Activision logo):
