WWII in HD - $16.99 - Amazon blu-ray deal of the week

I've never seen it but it's supposed to be a very good WWII documentary. $16.99 seems like a very good price for this amount of content, I jumped on it.

I have this series as my wife got it for me for Christmas, and I can say its good. They follow accounts of different people throughout the war and use footage from each battle/area they were in. It is amazing to see the war in color, gives it a whole new perspective on it.

I watched a significant amount of this when it aired on the history channel. It was really good. I loved that they overhauled the old black and white footage into color. That must have been a pain. I might get this for my gf tho. She loved the series.
