X-rocker gaming chair help!

anyone here is using a X-Rocker gaming chair? i need some kind soul to help me see where does this black wire goes to.

I have no idea what that is, so I shouldn't be answering, but, it looks like it's just an antenna, is there any wireless function to this? If it were an antenna, it wouldn't go anywhere.

I'm using one, but I've never seen inside of it lol. Maybe you can find a blog about these things or call the manufacturer for some better help.
