I guess Gatling Gear isn't part of the Dailies since Major didn't mention it. Here's hoping it means the daily deals are improving. 

P.S. For anyone thinking about Murdered, I'd say it's worth it. Although the disc version would be better as you can sell it back (I bought mine for $15), the novelty is good. Combat is minimal, the story so far (I've only done 2 cases) is pretty interesting, the idea of the game is good, the execution could have been better (the controls can be derpy at times). Also, from what I understand, there is a LOT of collectibles in the game, so that may be a hindrance for anyone thinking about purchasing it. 

 
Murdered Soul Suspect sounds cool. But the CAG in me says to wait for $9.99 or under.

C'mon season passes for Xbox One games. I've got a slew of new games, and need some extras to keep trudging on through the winter. Dying Light and season 4 of Game of Thrones aren't going to just magically show up any earlier to keep me entertained.

I won't bite on Destiny. It only encourages them to make another one, with the same amount of crap that they pulled on this one. I paid full price for the digital version of the base game. I bought in to the hype. I was massively disappointed. The game has remained unplayed since the end of October. I chalk it up to a $60 6-week rental, and a mistake I will not repeat. Just my 2 cents.

Destiny has been the only game I have sold in my almost 40 years of gaming. I was pretty excited at the beginning, probably biased since it was my first new-gen game, with all the amazing visuals, but 4 hours into it... I was bored. Several hours later I reached max level and finished the campaign. Next stop, Gamestop.

Playing Defiance for free, 186 hours and counting. I have fought an invasion along 60 other players, enough sayin'

 
Here's the thing though...I am not a FPS guy, never was. The only thing that kept me in FPS was Halo. So, when I got Destiny, I felt at home. Since then I invested heavily in FPS and bought every FPS game this gen.

So, for the good of the community, the gaming industry and for saving whales (why the heck not, eh) there should be a Destiny SP sale :pray:

 
I love Halo, so of course I went ahead and got Destiny, the fancy CE for it day one. Never even beat the story still, it just kinda bored me. I still have it and the season pass due to that so I'm sure I'll go back to it at some point, it was an alright game but it just had a lot of little things that I didn't care for. Halo is way better :p

I know exactly what you're saying, and I totally agree. My only problem is that they've locked a lot of the content behind a paywall now. For anyone who's played Destiny, you can't do the Level 26 Strikes for engrams because they're locked behind a paywall. The Daily/Weekly strikes are on rotation so atleast once a week, there's a chance you won't be able to do them.

It means for anyone who only has the vanilla version (a la me), I can play crucible or run the basic strikes. I can do the raid but it doesn't have matchmaking. I can do weeklys, but again Bungie in their fine wisdom, has decided to lock out matchmaking.

It's just that if I want to keep playing this game, I have to buy the DLCs.

Yep, as I stated above, I need it so I can have access to the full game again.

The only reason I bought this game was because:

1) It was being made by Bungie and I had a lot of faith/trust in them (lesson learned)

2) Hype

Same reason. The "story" isn't even a story, it's just a handful of missions where some disembodied voice will speak to you on your way to the planet. You let Dinklebot scan something as you kill waves of enemies and then, mission over. The only reason I can keep playing it is because they nailed the gameplay, without it, this game would've gotten 5's from reviewers.

I remember reading one article where Bungie had stated (before the game came out) that the story would be even better than Halo lol. Pillar of Autumn (first level of Halo CE), has more story than this whole game.

I bought Magic 2015 and I'm a bit upset that they removed Sealed Play from Magic 2014. I guess i'll just play through the campaign and enjoy that. Also those achievements seem like they are going to be a pain in the ass to get.

I'm curious to see when Destiny 2 comes out how much the sales drop off. I too bought Destiny digital day 1 assuming bungie was making a sweet game and then regretted it. I won't be touching destiny 2 unless it's a completely different game, and even then I'll wait til it's $30 or less.

I feel your pain brother. I went digital with Destiny so they have my money forever.

With that said, when Bungie joined activison it was something along the lines of a 10 year contract and they have to make at least 3 games, which pretty much means Destiny 2 an Destiny 3 are already in the works to fulfill Activision's request.

Pretty much haha, very repetitive missions with a tiny bit of "story" sprinkled on top

Same I rarely buy any new games now, have more than enough but still missing DLCs here and there. (Also every Game you buy might end up as GwG at some point =P) As for Retail Games I prefer Discs anyway, but that didn't stop me to buy quite a few Games on Demand. Also my HDDs are always full (360) and we still don't know how long we will be able to download everything we ever bought. All these points making me buy less and less digital for the 360.

I got it sorted out now. It wouldn't let me add it to my queue online and said there was no info for it, but the rep I talked to on the phone said that he could see the info. He told me it was still available on Live and to buy it and he would refund me but when I went to find it on he console, it showed free. It was my bad, that I didn't realize the Combo Breaker pack was considered add-on content. When I booted up the console to look for it yesterday, I was only looking at the base F2P version and the full Season One version, which is what I thought I had. So I'm good now.

Maybe it took them a bit to figure out how to stream the data from the HDD w/o lag. Similar thing happened with the Halo games and Skyrim as it took months for those games to be available on demand. I think the digital copy of Skyrim "debuted" with that Holiday bundle a couple of years back.

Thanks for the update. WTF?? PS3 owners get all kinds of tracks on sale like Lynyrd Skynyrd, Linkin Park, Foo Fighters, Nine Inch Nails, Foster the People, Ozzy Osbourne and Def Leppard. 360 owners only get the games? Pfffft, I got those games years ago When they were each $5 on sale.

These sales are starting to get so low it's gone beyond a punch in the balls. Like a smack in the scrotum when you're still stunned from the punch
