I'm surprised I still have a job considering I goldbrick all day.

Also my doctor says I need to exercise (hah) and quit smoking, says dvt is bad for you.

I tell him I cant help but smoke because raids make me nervous so I go though a pack a night

he even had the audacity to tell me buffet 4 times a week is bad for you!!!!

Well, spontaneous weeping is normal and to be expected.

You will keep buying games you will never play even though you logically know that you could stop outright because you only play the one game now. You tell yourself this and it works occasionally for brief periods.

The game will eventually bore you and you will spend hours standing/dancing/jumping/running in circles in your safe area. Sometimes you will look at the massive pile of games you've acquired and never opened and consider playing one. You will go back to standing/dancing/jumping/running in circles instead.

Eldritch pretty much nailed it man. Just go ahead and buy the shelves and external hard drives needed for a collection now.

 
The amount of games I bought and never played over the course of my WoW career is probably stupifying.  The amount of games I could have played and finished in the time I stood around Stormwind is depressing.

Anyway, I'm awful tempted on BF4 and Madden.  Wish BF4 had a demo so I could see if I liked how it played on console.  Have it on PC and it just never grabbed me the same way BF3 did.  Shouldn't get it anyway since I have Titanfall since shortly after release and only ever put like two hours into it.  Should play that instead.  Madden I have no idea why I even want it (other than football hype right now) since I couldn't even stand it for a week before I sold it off.

 
After playing the six hour trial of NHL 15, I can confidently pretend it never existed. What little fun I did have was easily overshadowed by the game's shortcomings. Not purchasing that one.

I did buy Peggle 2 and PvZ:GW, so now I can cut ties with EA Access.
 
Absolutely loved Ep1 of Life Is Strange. Artistically, it's an amazing achievement, great look, impressive attention to small details (you just really want to explore and check out everything), great and fitting soundtrack, lovely effects... the storyline is very promising so far as well, I actually care about characters unlike most games (including Telltale ones) because, let's fact it: these people are social outcasts with all kinds of troubles, us gamers certainly know that situation well, and while for me college is a thing of the past, I can definitely feel that vibe all over again. If you care about exploring everything and getting all collectibles (without using a guide possibly since all of them are fairly understandable thanks to clues) you can easily get around 4 hours out of the ep, which is around twice as much as a Telltale game's episode. Can't wait for the next episode in March, and after the almost unexpectedly amazing Remember Me, this really is becoming another favourite of mine. These Dontnod guys get how to make a compelling story in a fascinating world, that's for sure. I whole-heartedly recommend it.

 
Is anyone else having problems buying anything on xbox.com? Wont load after you push the "download to xbox 360" button? I have tried on multiple browsers and different devices. Nothing on support.xbox.com about it, only thing is xbox one sign in issues.

yea I had that problem too, was trying to set witcher 2 to download to the 360 from xbox.com. It eventually went threw.

Man, I agree 100%. I played this game with my daughter last night (trying to get her into games). Once she finishes, I'll definitely go back and play through it myself (she loves it, btw).

Love the game. Going to be a contender for best game of 2015 for me.
 
So I've never played Titanfall, and I generally suck at competitive multilayer games. Is $12.49 a good enough price to draw me in? Is the community still lively? I have no prospects of getting an X1, so this would be the only version for me.

For me, I just got every weapon (raid & exotic) available, maxed them out, completed every raid on hard mode, leveled up all 3 classes, and got left with nothing else to do in the game............... until the next DLC I guess :/

Probably the best couch multiplayer. Unfortunate for most, but if you have 4 people on the couch, you can play against 4 other people online to make a crazy 8 people battle!

I got it as well. Everything looks right, it's Lionhead's stuff, didn't make me sign in since I had already done so on Xbox.com. All it wants is your platform preference.

I got it as well, not sure, does anyone else get surveys from microsoft that seem suspicious? I did some searching and other people felt the same way but apparently they are legit

 
I do the surveys because they never ask me to sign in, but they do have a suspicious feel to them.

I bought Dragon Age Origins, started "buying" all the free ingame DLCs and halfway through I got a "your Xbox Live billing account is locked", wtf? What should I do?

If it can help they renewed my Gold sub on the 26th but they still didn't take any money (I have money on the card btw), on the billing website it says I'm going to get charged on 8th february.

Oh man, that happened to me last Christmas. I had to call ms and wait about a week before it got resolved. Don't even waste your time trying to online chat with them, the can't help you. You gotta call. I was so pissed, they had it escalated and it still took a good week for them to fix it.

I had gotten that too but that was during the marketplace issues a few days ago. Wait a couple hours and try again, if it still doesn't work, you may have to contact support.

I had something like this happen and contacted chat support. They were able to resolve it in a few minutes. I guess it's inconsistent.

Wow, I guess so! My problem had nothing to do with xbox live, but actually with my Microsoft 365 subscription. They decided to lock me out of everything.

Tempted on Madden but will pass. I think I have last years version from EA access and never play it.

Also interested in Life is Strange but I have most of the telltale games still to play.

While it's no secret they stripped the current gen versions, it's the best PLAYING game of hockey I've probably ever played. It does look great and I like the NBCSports integration.

So if you just want to sit down and play hockey it's well worth $24 but if you like the other modes more then you're screwed.

For now it's just 1v1, but the developer is working on an update due in the next month or two to add multiplayer matchmaking. But for now, only one xbox can connect to one other xbox.

 
Ended up forgetting Brothers during Steam winter sale.  Landed $1 month of gold from dash and scored last 3 freebies.  Solid grab and thanks for the alert.  Now I can stop f5-ing.

 
Wow, really, no Sniper Elite for Xone, just 360? Doing a bang-up job, MS. I don't think I've downloaded a single GWG title. Wish they would debut stuff worth playing like ps+ instead of just offering old games playable everywhere else.

It's the first of the Feb. Games With Gold offering.

I'm only hours away from my 1-month GOLD expiring, Feb. 1.  Redeeming on 12/31/14 netted me 4 Games With Gold!

I did this thru the console itself.  Xbox MarketPlace was glitching when I navigated to the game download online.

It is showing as FREE Gold Exclusive though.

It's Sniper Elite 2, which is only a 360 title. Only one on the X1 is Sniper Elite 3.
 
If anyone is interested in LIFE IS STRANGE but doesn't want to take the plunge on the X1, there's a demo (GASP!!) ...on the 360.

I downloaded it, but who knows when I'll ever get to it--I even have a demo backlog for crissake--maybe by the time it hits its first sale I'll get around to it. Yeah, yeah that's it....  :whistle2:k
