Wtf? How do I download the Horizon SP stuff? The SP is downloaded and installed, but the stuff still shows up full price in the marketplace. Do we download it from inside the game somewhere???

I kicked off the download couple of days ago and never checked it; but, I will have to check now that you mentioned it couple of times. May be mine's failed too and I never noticed it.

Edit: Forza Horizon SP shows "already purchased" for me, so I am guessing it worked.

So I wonder how this would work. Right now I can have my 360 and my Xbox one on with my profile going on both since they are separate devices. What would happen if I were playing a 360 game on my one and also had my 360 with my profile on it? I'd like to give my son the ol 360 but I'm not making him a new profile and paying for live again.

I recently played on my 360 and it told me I was last signed in on a different console, so I don't think you could play signed into 2 different 360 systems/ emulator. An Xbox One sign in playing an Xbox One game doesn't affect the 360 user, however. So if he's playing just make sure you don't play 360 games on the Xbone

Oh man I want that console, but I guess I could settle for the controller, though I really dont need it.  I'm surprised there's been no Halo console and/or controller announcement yet.  Totally expected to hear about it at E3.

I know I've been on both at the same time before. I booted up Diablo 3 and loaded my save on my one and my 360 because I wanted to see the difference in graphics. They're both hooked up to the same TV, just different inputs. Not that that should make a difference.

Same here! I just noticed it...I really enjoyed that game and told myself I'd get it before the week was over. :cry: I was staring at $19.99 hoping it'd feel sorry for me and go back for a bit.

On a positive note, that Forza Xbox Console is just craaazy sexy! That's my favorite color scheme (Dallas Mavericks colors) so it's a must buy. Hopefully there's a Black Friday deal on it, as I will be sitting on $185 RZ certificates at that point so I will finally upgrade to XB1 if all goes to plan.

So I put in Perfect Dark Zero for the whole backwards compatible thing, because I apparently own a collector's edition of Perfect Dark Zero, and it's installing but I'm hearing more noise from the drive than usual. Kind of the common drive clicking, but I'm hearing far more of it than in any of my disc-based games. Is that common? I don't really mind if it messes up the PDZ disc up since ideally as long as it can identify the game in the system, it isn't necessary and plus it's a Perfect Dark Zero disc. But, like, if it does that with Mass Effect or god forbid any of my actual XB1 games, should I get worried?

 
The cool thing with the backwards compatible for me will be the snap function. I can play a game and snap in vudu netflicks or sling TV. Kidos can watch TV on the right and some game playing in the left. Hopefully they update the snap box at some point so you can adjust the size of the snap area instead of that little screen

I wish my 360 was HDMI compatible. I have the giant original fat boy 360 with no HDMI. If it were I would run the 360 into the TV HDMI port on the one and use it to snap two games. I could play halo mcc on the one since it takes about 20 minutes to get into a match and while it's loading snap over and knock out a game on snap on 360.

This is exactly the type of thing I was talking about when the backwards compatibility was first announced. I'm not going to go into it again, but it's not worth risking your expensive, elaborate hardware for such a crummy game, or even an old, good game. Anything like more noise than usual can mean that it's straining your system for whatever reason.

This sorta thing will never happen if you buy at least one thing during each week's sale. All this talk about, "do i need this?" or "how are the reviews" is useless when you dont have the credit. Once you buy a game/dlc, you will find it in you to play it. Either ways it is a waste (sometimes), might as well have something to show for it, eh?

I think I felt this when I just up and bought Forza 5 and Forza Horizon 2 this past sale. I actually don't regret that. Forza Horizon 2 is fun and the achievements aren't insane.

 
This is probably insanely stupid to ask but: has anyone tried to put a "currently incompatible" 360 game into their Xbone to see if it installs and plays? Not sure what the system uses to distinguish between discs to determine whether it's compatible, but theoretically it should work, right?

On a slightly more upbeat note, my friend has Mass effect installed from disc on his 360, and although he still needs the disc to play it on the old console, he didn't need it at all to reinstall to the new console. Interesting.

It's okay. The first hour was interesting. Then...

they jumped right back into having the Joker come in. Not just a flashback, not just a quick fear image. No, he's your Tyler Durden. This wasn't/isn't necessary. There's so many villains in Batman's story, why not use them, rather than being so dependent on one character.

I've actually been trying to glide around the city more than use the Batmobile. It feels like you're driving on ice with how sensitive it is to moving. Left Trigger should have been brake, and assault mode should have been a one touch button, instead of using X to brake and holding Left Trigger to activate tank mode.

When "installing" a 360 game the console is actually downloading from Live the 360 emulator and the iso adapted for the emulator, the disc is there just to make sure you own the game
