Yeah, they are. I think the agent and story progress are separate, so you can load up your story progress and continue with a different agent. That's why there are two options.

Man, that reminds me I need one last achievement in the first Crackdown.

Don't mean to jump in on your conversation, but I completely agree about Lifeless Planet. I finished the game this weekend, too. It is a great game - an awesome indie for the XB1. I highly recommend it to everybody.
 
Anyone have any experience with the saint's row games on the one? I stopped playing 4 on the 360 because I found it completely unplayable. $33 bucks for 4 and gat outta hell might be worth it if the performance is at least manageable.

I only had slow downs when I was blowing a lot of stuff up, and sometimes when I was gliding/flying. I think it's better than the 360 version but I feel like the bundle will go down in price even more by the end of the year, but if you have the money go for it. I got about 30 hours combined from both games anyway

Is the VIP Pass for Judgment worth it? Is there any new Overrun maps? I'm considering it but I'll wait until date night to decide
 
Yea $30 isn't that big a deal, just debating between that or destiny on the 360. I play a ton of destiny on the one and would love to have it digitally on my 360 since it's on a different TV. Would make it easier to grind when the main TV is taken. It's dumb that the season pass wasn't cross buy since the characters and even achievements transfer completely to both versions.

How was SR4 unplayable? Just out of curiosity. I've owned it since day one, I've 100%'d it and all of its DLC and never had any problems except for some co-op connectivity issues here and there.

I mean if you have an Xbox One and never got to experience it originally, get it. I sold my copy to upgrade to XB1 but I'm shooting for the $15 mark. Someday.

My friend bought the season pass yesterday and he said it gave him a message saying he got the other version as well. Though he bought it on 360 and it was always a one way trade. Stupid, and it doesn't help you if you already bought the Xbone pass.

The exact same thing legit happened to me where the audio was playing and the HUD was up, but a black screen otherwise. I simply shut the Xbox One down and restarted and it solved the problem. I've put in a solid 10 hours into the game and that was the only glitch I experienced.

If you 100% it without any problems then it was before their update because it has glitched achievements. Played disc version in Feb. early this year, and there was 1 time where I had just loaded up a save for SR4, and I could only see my character while the environment was black and white. It was trippy. I reloaded the game, and acted as normal. I think only on that one occasion, was the only time it glitched for me. Also 1 of the DLC has a problem with the achievement counter. I believe it was the rack up a certain amount of kills with certain weapons. You can't see the achievement progress for those. I read somewhere there is away around the unobtainable achievements, however you need the disc version, then delete the game, re install offline without update, and play it again offline from the start. Digital owners won't have a chance to do that unless Deep Silver fixes it, but they won't.

I played SRIV at launch and the performance was attrocious. The game chugged and traversal was pretty hard given the constant tearing/slowdown. Maybe you weren't as sensitive to it? Performance on the 360 was widely regarded as "hot trash," but that's just the technical term.
 
I played roughy a third of it. I think I got the unobtainable achievements though. Didn't those have to do with uploading/downloading a character or something?

If you played the game before the patch was released and didn't download the patch update, then of course you should have gotten the achievements. I didn't find out about it until I had already installed, updated, and starting playing through the campaign when I noticed the first achievement didn't pop.

Anyway I heard starting 5/17, that Fry's is selling it for $19.99 new in-store I think, so I'd advise getting the disc version, if the achievements bother you, as it allows you do get them with work around, has resale value, comes
with the extra guns and costumes dlc card, and because it's cheaper than the digital.

Wow, that's ridiculous. Glad I already got these achievements out of the way. I'm planning to 100% Re-Elected and would have been pretty peeved if there turned out to be unobtainables. Deep Silver never did get the community servers fixed for the unobtainable achievements in SR3 and 4 on last gen, did they?

I started 4 up on 360 at the very start of the year and was unable to connect to the servers or anything to download, so I guess not.

 
It should be against Microsoft's certification policy for achievements to be reliant on third-party servers that may or may not be up in the future. In fact stuff like that should be relegated to Challenges now that they have them.

I 100%'d the 360 version I meant. So they managed to break the game on XB1, in other words? That's a hell of a remaster.

The game a lot of fun - I'm just about to convince myself to buy the Kombat pack for Jason - but the bad netcode is a huge let-down, and near-fatal for fighting games. There's really no excuse, they have a huge budget and somehow the netcode is worse than Injustice.

Already did and agree. Still think The Road Warrior is the best Mad Max film. But this was pretty damn good.
 
Gonna try to watch Mad Max this week sometime. Wife and I were gonna see it on Saturday but she saw fit that we adopt a dog so we spent all day doing all that.

Oh well, at least I got to pick my copy of Witcher 3 up during lunch.

There's more than a few people in the trading forum with 12 month codes too, but I don't think as cheap as what

cdkeys are selling them for at this moment.

I've been a pretty heavy purchaser of DLC and arcade games, and have all the GWG stuff so far on top of that. I don't see needing more than one terabyte for an external unless you've bought a LOT of Games on Demand. The things that eat up the most individual space are the more recent games that have mandatory installs and a lot of updates, for me GTA and Destiny, and even those are only around 10 gigs.

I seriously doubt I'll be filling the other 500 gigs unless we get a lot of good sales with cheap GoD like that last Capcom sale. The last big multiplat on the horizon is Metal Gear, after which I think it'll be fairly quiet for new releases. I can't even imagine what I'd do with 2 terabytes. I have quite a few discs and I still think I'd be able to install all of them.

I am almost done installing myself and have filled up roughly 750GB. I don't install disc based game (didn't have the space for them) so it's nice to know I have another ~600GB in reserve.
