2k16 is a day one buy one for me. On 2k15 I have played over 1,000 games in MyPark mode online and then who knows how much in Career. I am so hooked on the game that it's ridiculous, it's my primary game. >_>

Hopefully MyCareer has more choice this year. I felt 2k15's story mode was severely lacking. It's the same cutscenes over and over.
Either way, I'll get my money's worth just with MyPark mode alone.

Michigan is probably the most over rated athletics school ever and yet they constantly get some of the highest licensing fees.

Most of those are obvious choices from a national recognition perspective but a couple of them are real head scratchers. Wonder if those selections in that image are all about using current and past pros with the licenses since some of them don't make much sense otherwise. Why would you feature ASU and Davidson unless you're planning to do something with Steph Curry and James Harden?

I could see them doing something with them in the story mode if you choose one of those schools. If that's the case I'm going to ASU. If they did do that though, what would they do for AD since no Kentucky? Yea, I really have no clue haha. Just hope they don't screw it up and only limit you to like 4 college games.

Has anybody else had issues with Ori and the Blind Forest crashing? I tried starting it the last 2 nights and every time it crashes. I've played the first 10ish mins of the game 10 or so times and it crashes every time. I can't even make it thru the prologue. I finally skipped the prologue, played for a few minutes and then it crashes again. I read online there were issues with instant-on mode so I switched that off, did a hard reboot, and even unplugged my Xbox one. It still crashes. I bought the game during the UGS because of the praise it has received in this thread. But if I can't even make it far enough into the game to save without skipping the first part of the story it's kind of worthless.

That's the only reason i can think of for having ASU and Davidson with those other schools since they're about the only notable NBA alums. Or if not in the story mode have one of those things where you have to recreate something special they did in college. Think they did something like that when they had Magic and Jordan and whoever else on the cover that one year.

Wonder if Kentucky is just too expensive for them. I'm sure their fans will riot if Louisville is in and not Kentucky though.

I stopped work, everything I was doing, and logged in to my cheapassgamer account just to "like" this.
 
nba 2k knows they have me hook line and sinker. they could put out the exact same game with roster updates each year and they'd still get me to pay to get it day one. ($48 bucks plus a $10 rewards cert after GCU isn't exactly msrp, but it's more than I normally drop on games).

Edit: It strikes me as having many similarities to Brothers which I liked the atmosphere for, just better graphics in this case!

Has the Forza 5 Car Pass been cheaper?  I know it's been on sale before.  As a CAG I still balk at 50% off on passes like that out of principle, but as a Forza fan who is going to wear out 5 and Horizon 2 until 6 comes out (the first REAL Forza sim on the One since we all know 5 was a rush job to hit at launch) 50% off is tempting me.

I never got the impression forza 5 was a rush job. i was completely impressed with it and still can't get over the visuals. just curious what you're seeing that i'm not.

AFAIK the pass has never been cheaper. retail price is $50 at gamestop, so $20 was enough for me to bite, even though i haven't touched the game since nov 2014

I ended up playing Infinity Runner for like 2 hours, I'd say it's worth the $3.50 if you enjoy endless runners actually, not a huge amount of variety in it but it's fun enough, and the music is pretty good imo at least.
