Wolfenstein Old Blood is a 37.1gb install from the disc and I had a 60mb update.  

Also transferring all my games that were on my internal HD, and external 1tb which were both full to my new 3tb is going pretty quickly, like 3/4 of the way through before I decided to pop in Wolfenstein so I can play that while it finishes  

hadnt even thought of what I was gonna do with the 1tb drive, but Josekortez just gave me the idea to use it for my 360 which has been completely full with a ton of game needing to be installed.

I shit on 343 pretty hard in the Halo community I'm in, but I fully expect Halo 5 to mostly function at launch. As for quality and features, maybe not, but matchmaking will probably work mostly as intended. Halo 4 was pretty solid at launch, with the only real technical issue being File Sharing not working, and that only took one short year to fix!

I do expect more bull like a fully functioning mode (like Extraction) being left out of all playlists to be "added" in with DLC, or maybe more removed features or severely gimped options for old modes like Infection or Assault.

MCC was a mess and should make people weary of future release, but it was more a display of 343's poor coordination skills with outsourced studios and a showing of Microsoft's desperation to have a killer app for Christmas, than a display for complete competence, more like 15% incompetence at most.

 
Tempted to get Valiant Hearts for 99cents on Google Play, or just wait it out for the eventual sale/GWG in the future while I keep working on my backlog...... :/

1. Just format it in FAT32 and you will be able to use it for both X360 and PC (if needed)

2. If the internal HDD is full it'll automatically download things to your external, otherwise it will download to the internal

 
I don't know what it is, but getting to work when it's still daylight out then heading home in the morning when the sun is up is really depressing.

Can you backup on dvdrs or blus and copy back to hdd 5 years later to restore?

 
For those in the Xbox rewards program who haven't done the My Mission for Xbox video, there are 2 days remaining for 5,000 points on an Xbox video rental or purchase of a movie. Highly recommend Ex Machina to rent for $5.99.

I'm looking for some help

I don't have a xbox console now and I have been buying games on PC on my US account until this week some problem occurred.

Some of the games I tried to purchase needs to be bought on a console and I finally succeed finding some nice guy to help to log in my account on his console and bought games for me. But his xbox 360 is from Japan and two of the games I would like to buy are region locked and can't be bought on a Japan machine (even though my account is US). I asked many people and their xbox 360 are either cracked or not from US.

I already spent four days trying to buy some legal copies with the xbox US support and there is nothing they can do. 

I'm running out of method now and have to resort to some help here.

All I want now is someone help to log in my account on your US xbox 360 and buy two games for me.

That would be unprecedented and I think they would rather sell another $50 car pack. They put up the list of free cars you'll get for the rewards thing a couple weeks back.

I love how they praise the games co-op mechanics throughout that post just to crap all over it at the end by talking about why there is no split-screen play. Then again, after playing Reach and 4 split-screen MP and seeing all the bugs and issues they had, I was in no way surprised by the announcement. Those games were practically unplayable online with another person.

My 360 automatically formatted the HDD when I plugged it in. Once the internal HDD is full then the downloads will default to the external.
 
What does the Pac-Man CE DX note mean?  They just re-released the game with more content and if you purchased the old version you are automatically allowed to download the new version or are there actually 2 different versions of the game?

It would've been really dumb to give people a digital copy of Fallout 3 if they couldn't actually play it on the Xbox One. You can safely assume that it'll be the same for the Rainbow Six Vegas games and any others that are included with Xbox One games.

Dang, I appear to have Pac-Man C.E. not PAC-MAN CE DX. Not sure why you'd need to check purchase history, rather than being able to just goto the new page.. but I couldn't check on it for ya.

They re-released the game as an upgrade, the old version doesn't appear to be available.

Someone posted the other day that they bought the DX+ version despite having DX, said they were going to ask MS for a refund for double paying and that a note should be put in the OP. I had purchased DX during a sale back in 2011, but don't remember how the upgrade process worked when DX+ was released in 2013, whether the marketplace showed DX+ as already bought or if the upgrade needed to be done in-game and the marketplace could make you double pay. I can't find that post anymore, perhaps that person also only owned the regular Championship Edition, thought DX+ was supposed to be a free upgrade from that and deleted their post after finding out otherwise.

Yeah, I won't be surprised if there is no LAN either. I understand how they came to feel this was alright, most people I know don't want to do splitscreen or anything like that, and most people use LAN rarely if at all. It still sucks for it to be gone. 343 is aware of the people that play it like this, a few of them attend some community LAN parties and I know their community people have actually thrown a few minor things to use as prizes to these small events too.

Whatever, as internet-centric the Xbone started, I'm not surprised by any of this stuff. I'm sure that's why Destiny ended up having zero offline compatibility.

 
Local MP was already dropped from most games last gen and other than a few minutes of uproar over specific games no one really cares so they're not bringing it back any time soon.  People don't get together and play on the same couch these days, they play their own systems with their friends across the internet.  Sucks when there is something that's good local play but that's the way it is.  Practically when these developers are almost all struggling as they transition to new engines and architectures and trying to make their games look and feel "next-gen" without the advantage of five plus years working on that hardware behind them.  Split screen anything isn't going to wow anyone but dialing graphics quality back to make it work gets a lot of attention and the people paying the bills usually care about that more than anything.

You may want to cross-post this in the XBL Free Marketplace Content thread as well - it's sort of odd that this is only accessible through the HUB app - it doesn't even show up on the marketplace otherwise. I would've been really bummed to miss it since I love FH2 - did they mention the availability in-game by chance or did you stumble onto it from the app?

It will tell you before rental. I believe it is 14 days or 48 hours after you start playback.
