Just finished Plague Knight campaign (free dlc update for Shovel Knight). To get everything took me about 10 hours. That isn't including challenge mode which could add a ton of time to the game if you suck at them like I do. Most of the campaign is same as the base game campaign, but has changes that really highlight what makes Plague Knight so different. Worth more than free, but I'll take it. I don't know what they have planned next, but I'd buy another character for $5-$10 if they can make it as good as Plague Knight.

If Ori's dlc is anywhere near as good, I'll be sooo happy.

GwG starting in november will be BC-only games, so they decided to go for the easy route the month before.

Expect a LOT of MS-published games in the next few months. Alan Wake, Mass Effect, Fable Anniversary, Halo Wars, Crackdown 2, Forza Horizon are all good candidates IMHO.

Not sure why I hadn't even considered Horizon for GwG or backward compatibility... I'm now going to be incredibly disappointed every day until it comes to fruition. This is your fault, dany.

Last I heard, there was still a small percentage of people who would get a "disc read error" every time they started their digital copy of Horizon and it still hadn't been fixed. I doubt they would shine a light on a bug like that on a MS game by giving it away to the masses.

 
So I got the Lunar White X1 controller yesterday and now I am a little concerned.  I have a play and charge kit which was working fine but now when I plug it into the new controller the LED light on the wire does not light up.  The X1 recognizes the controller as plugged in but I am not sure if it is charging.  The battery was completely charged so I am going to have to wait till I use it more to see when the battery is drained.  Any chance this is a controller problem and not just the kit?  i do not have my old controller to check either.

Walking Dead GWG also ties in timingwise to the premiere of the new season in October. Synergy.

Maybe they caught a lot of flack when MGS was GWG on one system and not the other and those with 360s complained. In the end, you'll never make everyone happy. Halo 5 could be GWG at launch and someone would bitch that they only play 3ps or schmups. That is everyone's right.

I do like Smite, although I've been putting more time into Warframe recently. Which modes do you play? The more complicated matches just seems to wear on a little long to me.

My favorite is Conquest but it also takes the longest. I like Arena if I'm trying out a new god. I like the complexity of having an assassin in the jungle and ganking lanes. I prefer to play as a Mage or Hunter but lately I'm like Ares and Bacchus too which are both Guardians.

Also, to those of you having trouble importing tables. I'm having the same issue, I reached out to them on Twitter. My issue is with the Star Wars heroes within tables.

RIGHT. I so remember boosting this game 6+ years ago to get all the multiplayer achievements. Hell, that game was fun to just play competitively online. Met a lot of good fellows from the UK in QoS, still on my friends list to this day. The community really makes me think back on that game with fond memories.....

Bought SP Pinball 360 a few days ago and decided to dl it on the X1 today and didn't have any problems. I went to the Store > Games > Search > Southpark and it said "Install." Try what I did and it'll hopefully work for you guys. Can't try for Star Wars since I bought all of pack previously.

I have this exact problem. I spoke to CS and they walked me through removing cache and stuff like that; but, really, it doesnt work. So I own FH & the SP but can't really play it. I was hoping if it is BC, I'd at least get a shot at it on :xb1:

Golden Gun was the mode I played most. I only lost one match in that mode, and it was because I joined in literally as the final kill was scored. Many times I would join where the leader was one kill away and I'd kill them, get the Golden Gun and shutdown all attackers to win the match from that point forward. Probably the best Bond experience I've had since Goldeneye and The World is Not Enough. That and the Bond vs all players was interesting. I actually even bought the DLC map pack that no one plays just to support the game.

I was actually a legit top 100 on the leaderboard years back for accuracy. Since the top 70-80 were hacked, I was that much further. Playing with the Golden Gun will help with that, though, so I wasn't like I was an ace shot.

Man I liked that game.

 
Not trying to be an ass-butt here, but it is interesting how some corners of the internet are upset about no single player campaign in last-gen Black Ops 3. All of the sudden all these people actually want the single player stuff when for the past 7 years people constantly said they "never touch it." Make up your mind, people!

(I, for one, try to play both the single player and multiplayer for CoD each year.)

Shovel knight on Xbox one appears to be cancelled. Game stop system marks it as cancelled and it's not on amazon. Also devs just replied to someone about it

Wow, so weird that the last-gen versions of BO3 are ditching the campaign. Why even bother with a boxed release. But I guess plenty of COD fans never touch the campaign anyway. I only play the campaigns.

Yeah, my inner 8 year old self ain't waiting for Black Friday. Since it appears to be single player only, the question is go with Best Buy for GCU and a ready to use reward cert or use Golden Crisp money. Leaning toward BB to save the Golden Crisp money for stuff I'd sooner (or only) have digitally.

 
I know this is a noobish question.  But I hope that some kind soul will help me out.  I was finally able to get an xbox one. I am so used to my xbox 360, that I am kinda confused with the xbox one. I am trying to download the pinball arcade games.  I  noticed that they are on sale right now.  The sale says I must download through the app.  Which app and how do I find it?

Don't know if this is what you are asking but the games can be bought right on the Xbox 360. You don't have to download an app to get the sale prices.

You have to buy them in game. They are not on Xbox live marketplace. Open the game click on previous seasons buy season 1 click regular park ( or pro pack) click buy season 1 it will show you all the tables click check out price will show 15. Only seasons 1&2 are on sale. Season 2 doesn't have that good of selection imo.I still bought it but I could live with out it. It has some fun ones but alot of the older noise makers also.

I really wish they would do tmnt, back to the future, lotr, and indianna Jones. Those are some fun tables.

I know it will probably not happen but there was a super Mario pinball table that was pretty fun as well. Hell even the old batman tables were fun to play.

Teenage mutnat ninja turtles was a bit annoying with the same sounds over and over but the spinning pizza really added a bit of a challenge.

I also hope twister gets in. That is the same idea as tmnt. Spinning disc ( a tornado) in the middle of the field. Getting a 4 ball multi ball spin out of that thing is a sight to see!
